We focus our investments on quality, established entities with well-defined, well-conceived financial and operating strategies.

We do not invest in:

Start-ups
Real estate development
Leasing companies
Foreign companies

Straight forward selection criteria.

We use a number of select criteria when evaluating and conducting due diligence on potential partnership candidates:

$5MM - $50MM in annual revenue
$500,000 or more in annual cash flow
Strong management team
Located in the U.S.
